Various types & procedures

For your comfort during your Surgical procedure, Dr. Monaisa will recommend medication and administer general anaesthesia.

Dr. Monaisa will make an incision into your thigh to access underlying tissues and remove stubborn fat deposits and tissues.

Depending on the recommended procedure, an incision will be made into the breast. After the breast is reshaped the remaining skin is tightened and incisions are closed using sutures.

Incisions are made from the armpit area towards the elbow and onto the chest wall if required. After a combination of Liposuction and Brachioplasty surgery to reduce excess fatty tissue, the incisions are closed with dissolvable stitches.

After an incision is made from the hairline, around the ear to the lower scalp, tissues from the mid and lower part of the face are lifted. Once lift is done excess skin is trimmed and incisions are closed with sutures.

After an incision is made, liposuction and other techniques are used to rid the body of excess fat and skin in both the front and back of the body.

Thin metallic tubes called cannulas are inserted into the body through tiny incisions in the skin and a diluted fluid is injected to soften fat before being vacuumed from the body

An incision is made and excess breast tissue, skin and fat is removed. After breasts are reshaped and nipples repositioned, the incisions are closed using sutures.

Upper Back Lift: Within the area of the back portion of the bra an incision is made. Excess skin is removed from the upper back. Incisions are closed with sutures. Lower Back Lift: Incisions are made on the back above the buttocks. Excess skin and fat is removed and buttocks are lifted. Incisions are then closed with sutures.

After making incisions behind each ear, Dr. Monaisa will tighten the neck muscles and underlying tissues and excess skin. The result is a smoother, firmer and more exuberant neck.
